Returns
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Time Frame
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Damaged product
- Personalized or customized items
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at orders@tinytotswalldecor.com.au or call us +61 2 9011 6785 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
1. Processing Time
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for a refund.
